By accessing and using Après Ski, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Après Ski for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the app
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Collect or store personal data about other users

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post on Après Ski. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Posting false or misleading information
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users.

Disclaimer

The materials on Après Ski are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Après Ski or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use the service after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
